About

Agora: Play the News

Agora is a daily news game. Every day we pick one story from the news and turn it into a short game. You pick a side, answer a few questions about what happened, and write the argument for your view. Agora's AI scores how well you reasoned, not which side you took, and then you see how everyone else called it.

How a game works

1. Read today's story and the headlines around it.
2. Pick a side before you play.
3. Answer the questions: estimates, fact checks, timelines and calls on what happens next.
4. Argue your case and get a reasoning score.
5. See how other players split and read the best arguments.
