Delete Your Account

Agora Intelligence Ltd

This page explains how to permanently delete an Agora account and the account-linked data held by Agora Intelligence Ltd. You do not need to sign in to view these instructions.

Delete in the app

1. Open Agora and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
3. Tap "Delete my account", then tap "Yes, delete".

The app sends an immediate deletion request for your Agora account and linked analytics, then signs you out when it succeeds. If the app displays an error, the account has not been deleted; use the email option below for help.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@agoragame.com from the address you used for Agora, with the subject "Delete my Agora account". Include your Agora username if you know it. This is a manual support process: we may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before we delete it.

Data deleted from Agora

Deleting your account removes your Supabase authentication record and account-linked Agora data. This includes your email address and profile, display name, avatar, political leaning, gameplay answers, written and transcribed reasoning, scores, chip balance, Insights, social connections and activity, consent records, notifications, and device push tokens.

Agora does not save voice recordings in its database after transcription. The transcript is account-linked data and is deleted with the account.

Other retention

We may retain aggregated or de-identified statistics that can no longer be linked to you, such as overall answer totals. For users who consented to product analytics, in-app account deletion also requests deletion of the PostHog person profile, historical events, and any linked recordings. PostHog processes that deletion asynchronously. Limited records may be retained where required by law, to prevent fraud, or to resolve a security or legal dispute.
